About Allerian

Allerian is a 10 man raiding guild on the RP-PVP realm Defias Brotherhood. In the past Allerian was a raiding guild on the Venture Co. where it raided up to Mount Hyjal in the Burning Crusade. About one week ago a few of the leaders migrated back to Defias Brotherhood to find new goals to reach. Now its time to get Allerian to the next step and into the raiding scene. Allerian will hopefully be an addition to the current raiding guilds on Defias Brotherhood, apart from raiding we do request from our members to respect the roleplaying rules of Defias Brotherhood.

Allerian - Moved to Defias Brotherhood

Last week Allerian migrated to a new realm, we moved to Defias Brotherhood. Ravenholdt has always been a kind realm to Allerian but the recent decline in players has forced us to make this move. We know Defias Brotherhood from the past so therefor it was the first option which came to mind. We wish Ravenholdt all the best in the future.

On Defias Brotherhood we hope to get back to raiding soon, we are currently recruiting all classes to get the raiding team back on its feet. For the moment all raids have been suspended as we do not have the required numbers for our raids. All planned raids for this week have been deleted, we might join a LFR to Dragon Soul if we have a few online. These raids will count to the DKP pool so people can still gain something.

As mentioned before all raids have been cancelled till may we hope to get back to raiding in may to prepare for Mist of Pandaria. As in Mist of Pandaria Allerian will still be raiding as we always do.

Allerian - drawing the borders...

Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest’s fist hits the table with force. 'You asked me to protect the Allerian lands from the ongoing attacks of Orcs, Cabal and even the bloody elves but how can I do this if we are not getting enough support from Stormwind ?' 'These claims for more autonomy from Stormwind are not helping us in any way, we should embrace the Stormwind ruling and ask for support!'. The debate in the Allerian Stronghold townhall was far from friendly these days, the ongoing attacks on the surrounding lands made people weary and scared. Last week a convoy from Shattrath City was brutally attacked by the Orcs, five citizens were killed and all supplies were lost. The Allerian Militia could only clean up the remains which frustrated the men and was another attack on the moral of the men.

Captain Auric Sunchaser calmly looks across the table, Lieutenant Gravelhammer is sitting on the other end. The dwarf is silent as always listening to the tirade of Sergeant Major Waycrest. As always Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest is going at it to swing the debate towards the militia and its effort to protect Allerian. But asking Stormwind for more support and giving up the newly acquired autonomy is something which goes against Lieutenant Gravelhammer’s principles. There are other ways to get the required aid...

It was Captain Auric Sunchaser who interrupted Sergeant Major Waycrest, 'We simply have to do without the help of Stormwind, we choose our path away from Stormwind just as many other did before us, Theramore is a fine example of that. Can we get back to the first and most important point of this meeting ? We need to decided on which borders to protect and designate locations for future immigrants. If we set these borders you Sergeant Major Waycrest can protect these from any Allerian enemy. The Allerian post in the north east is should be the border in the east, if we follow the river to Tuurem and cross the forest just under Tuurem to the river leading away from Stonebreaker Hold we can uphold these borders with the current militia force. The border to the south towards the Bone Wastes should easy to defend with our fortified walls and the mountains surrounding this pass. Ranger Marijke Waycrest has been appointed to train the Allerian rangers to guard the fortifications. New immigrants can settle within the walls and we can expand to the north until the river separating us from the Bonechewer ruins...'

Sergeant Major Waycrest interrupts Captain Sunchaser, 'The area north of the stronghold is the best option but first we need to get that guard tower reconstructed so we can keep our eye on the Orcs of Stonebreaker Hold, so I suggest and call for a vote to first get the guard tower reconstructed before we let our citizens move outside the walls to the north we have had enough deads in the last months!'

The vote passes, everybody is pleased although Captain Auric Sunchaser isn’t too happy to see his plans of rapid expansion been held back for the reconstruction of the guard tower. He now starts to wonder if appointing Sergeant Major Waycrest was the best chose for his plans for Allerian and the Allerian Militia.

ALLERIAN is recruiting RP-PVE

Deep in Terokkar Forest lies the Allerian Stronghold, a small village surrounded by the dangers within the dark forest. During the Alliance's expedition into Draenor, Danath headed the company that hunted Ner'zhul. In Terokkar Forest, they were eventually exhausted and tired by the constant travel and fights, and camp was set up for a night of rest. Thalressar and Sergeant Herrick both agreed to honour the sacrifices of the Wildhammer clan and designate the location of what would one day become Allerian Stronghold, becoming its founders by doing so. Thalressar said that it would stand as a symbol of the alliance between elves, men and dwarves.

The importance of the location led to the building of the fortifications which now still protect the Allerian Stronghold, being close to Auchindoun. From here Sergeant Herrick took it up against Vorpil and his Cabal in Auchindoun. These constant fights drew more heroes to the Allerian Stronghold which settled there to protect these newly found lands for the Alliance. Soon the Allerian Stronghold became a flourishing village with its own militia to protect the surrounding lands from the Cabal and the Orcs which from Stonebreaker Hold. To cope with these threats Allerian quickly gained more land by sending out a patrol led by Lieutenant Meridian and the high elf Theloria Shadecloak who quickly erected the Allerian Post just south of Firewing Point. This however led to a new enemy of followers from Kael'thas Sunstrider’s. With the old draenei city of Tuurem up north the Allerian Stronghold has its hands full to cope with all these dangers and hostilities.

Under the guidance of Captain Auric Sunchaser, Lieutenant Gravelhammer and Lady Dena Kennedy the Allerian Stronghold is still growing as a village and an autonomous zone. To sustain this autonomous zone surrounding the Allerian Stronghold Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest was appointed to form the Allerian militia fighting under the banner of Allerian. Therefore Allerian is recruiting more men and women to settle in the Allerian Stronghold and to defend it and call it home…

Allerian Stronghold is a small fort in Terrokar Forest founded in honour of Alleria Windrunner as a place to show the alliance between Elves, Humans and Dwarves. During a recent bout of initiative a group of people have taken it upon themselves to start working on expanding the Stronghold and turning it into a large city on Outland. To rival even that of Stormwind.

To this end there has been commissioned a new military group led by Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest, a former Captain of Westguard Keep in Northrend, during the 4th war. His job is to watch over the new Council members who are going to work on expanding the city into a better age. And to try and keep this level of respect and peace prospering; even in the dying age of the Quel'dorei.

Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest leads the Allerian Militia, a regiment created from the First Allerian Guard in their duties of defending the town. The first Allerian Guard was commissioned when the town was first constructed and remain till this day in it's vigilant defence, now under the banner of the Allerian Militia led by Sergeant Major Arúndo Waycrest.

The Allerian Militia is recruiting all able bodied men and woman, of all races, to soldier in the name of union, that started in Allerian Stronghold by Thalressas and Herrick. The Regiment doesn't engage into combat with the Horde outpost in the area unless provoked, the monsters of the forest being enough for the current people to try and deal with.

Allerian Stronghold is also opening up its handles to anyone whom wants to live there in their attempts to grow the small Stronghold into a larger area. Skilled workers and traders accepted mainly, but also everyone else whom may want a new and exotic land to live in.

To apply for residency you need to be registered with Lady Dena Kennedy, staying in the town on a permanent basis will count as illegal immigration. You will be given a letter informing you to register, one week later you will be removed.

Allerian the concept

Allerian is a 10 man raiding guild on the RP-PVP realm Defias Brotherhood. In the past Allerian was a raiding guild on the Venture Co. where it raided up to Mount Hyjal in the Burning Crusade. About one year ago a few of the leaders migrated to Defias Brotherhood to find new goals to reach. Allerian was setup as a small friends guild which it still is. Now its time to get Allerian to the next step and into the raiding scene. Allerian will hopefully be an addition to the current raiding guilds on Defias Brotherhood, apart from raiding we do request from our members to respect the roleplaying rules of Defias Brotherhood.

To be an addition you have to offer something different from other raiding guilds. We are not here to steal away members from the current guilds but offer a alternative with a somewhat different approach. Allerian will focus on the later part of the evening regarding raiding. Allerian will be raiding from 22:00 CET until 1:00 CET, which means first pull is at 22:00 CET and the last pull will be done just before 1:00 CET. By this we hope to give our members a solid raiding slot so they can plan this in their busy real life schedule. This said we aim for the more mature members, and therefore our minimum age limit will be 18 so we can count on you for the whole raid until the end. If we raid we raid for three hours per raid, we ask from our members to be focused during these three hours of raiding, if everyone puts the same effort in those raids we can benefit the most from these three hours.

Why three hours ? Out of own experience we have seen that raids become less focused if it takes too long, with the maximum raid time of three hours we hope to get the full focus for all raids and still leave room for people to farm, do dailies and just have time for other things then raiding. For now raids will be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday. This might change if there is room for one more evening or if we notice the majority of our members prefer different days.

Firstly Allerian will be a 10 man raiding guild, if we have room to expand to 25 man raiding we will consider this, but not at the expense of our atmosphere or our fun. 25 man raiding demands a lot more from a guild, before we even consider this we should have the right structure to support this. For now its 10 man raiding only.

As said before Allerian members have to respect the roleplaying rules of the realm. We are not focused on the roleplaying side of World of Warcraft but we do want to give our members room to roleplay with a decent roleplaying guild name hence the name Allerian. Our base of operations from the RP point of view is the Allerian Stronghold in Terrokar forest. An RP story around this will be written once everything is settled.

Allerian hope to be here for the long run, throughout Wrath of the Lich King and into Cataclysm. More to come in the near future.
